The in ground heated swimming pool is for the sole use of the guests at the property and has a motion detector alarm to comply with french regulations.
The property has a large garden and is situated 2 miles from the 8 mile long Lac Du Guerledan which has several Sandy beaches, lots of water sports and restaurants.
All rooms are located on the ground floor with two steps leading from the kitchen area to the third bedroom and family bathroom.
The master bedroom with its large en-suite and second bedroom is a further three steps up.
Therefore making the property suitable for people with slight mobility problems.
